Blonde hair rude receptionist complaints of Arthritis upon my revisit and recommended to less experienced worker, waste of my money and time.The owner attitude was disrespectful because I didn’t feel comfortable with anyone.. SPEND my money elsewhere Loss of Clientele. I don’t suggest this place for others not a good experience…
Last week was my first time visiting. I did not know what to expect but immediately after entering I was enchanted. First enter into large beautiful space, very neat, clean. The lady who opened the door led me to a room. The room was comfortable, nicely lit and clean. Everywhere you go it is clean here, very nice. Massage was good, much needed. I will come back often.
I have visited Jewel Spa many times , the place is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The massages are professional and amazing , in my opinion Jewel Spa is a jem in Jersey City and I will definitely visit again.
Don't go to that place, everyone there is very rude and you pay and then they demand a tip. They wanted 20 or 40 dollars more and they speak very rudely to the customers. I'm never going back
